Also if you know anybody that would like a website but cannot afford to spend the thousands of dollars for a self updating database site I have a site I made up as a template site that people can rent for $250 per year. they will need to have their own domain name and hosting but is a cheap way to go as it is worth quite a few thousand dollars worth of coding in it. they can add as many pages as they want and sub pages, a gallery, news reader and change the font if they want. you can see it by clicking on this link:
